Here you can conveniently order consumables and replacement parts for your ENT diagnostics online. If something doesn’t work as expected, you’re having trouble navigating the site, or you have suggestions for improvements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. Customer Login

In your customer account, you can manage billing and shipping addresses and payment methods, as well as view the status of your orders. A convenient “reorder” feature is available. You can save your frequently purchased items to a wish list for quick access. (To do this, you must agree to the advanced cookie settings.)

We sell exclusively to businesses as defined by Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (commercial or self-employed professional activity), in particular to medical practices, clinics, institutes, and organizations, not to private consumers.

2. Reseller Registration

Would you like to become a reseller? Register with us via the Dealer Registration menu item.

3. How do I find products? Using categories and the search function

Our products are sorted into categories, which you can access via the horizontal menu at the top. The respective subcategories are also displayed there. In the mobile view of the website, you’ll find the menu in the top-left corner.

If you’re familiar with our print catalog, you’ll quickly find your way around, the categories are similar. You can use the search field to look for terms, names, or order numbers.

4. I Need a Written Quote

Please contact us with your request using the contact form. Be sure to include your complete billing and shipping addresses. We’ll be happy to provide you with a quote as soon as possible.
