No Right of Withdrawal – Returns as a Gesture of Goodwill

Our offer is directed exclusively at businesses as defined in § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

In justified individual cases, we may, as a gesture of goodwill and subject to prior review, accept the return of ordered goods. There is no legal entitlement to such a return.

Returns are only possible after prior contact with us and our express approval. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and risk. We charge a processing fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods, which we will deduct from the refund. This is contingent upon the goods being unused, undamaged, and complete.

Statutory claims for defects in the goods remain unaffected.
