NF noise filter / sheath current filter for audiometry or automotive applications. Prevents interference noise caused by different ground potentials, e.g. on radio and amplifier or audiometer and free field. The connection is made in the cinch line between preamplifier and power amplifier. In audiometry, the AF filter can be used for speech audiometry interference. It is then connected between the audiometer and the free-field speakers.
